We're making our project a smart watch and we use A9G but apparently the command that we use to connect to internet AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","APN" can't proceed or even it doesn't work. and also what can you suggest because we're also trouble to use gps indoor mostly in outdoor it works right away

Start by posting an annotated schematic showing exactly how it is wired and the software that supports that design. Be sure to follow forum guidelines which you should have read by now.
