question 1,
yes you can power an arduino with AA batteries as long as you keep the power consumption in mind.
There are AA batteries that can deliver up to 1100mAh.

question 2,
It is completely unclear to me what you want to ask here
If you mean that you want to use a servo with battery power, yes you can.
You have to calculate the power need for you project and the amount of mains independancy your project need (time on batteries)
Adjust your power source accordingly, maybe you need more that AA batteries to power the project.
