need help: - connection refused - WiFiManager.h and ESP8266HTTPClient.h

Hello,

I'm trying to combine two sample codes.
I would like to run a simple http request after the wifi manager connected to the network,
but I got a "connection refused" error.

separately both of the codes are working.
Can somebody explain me what causes the issue?
Thank you for your help!!!
