need help creating home automation using NFC tag

Hello friends
I had just ordered my first arduino uno r3 board and wiznet 5100 for home automation. As I had undertaken it as my diploma project And also for that purpose i had created my website for controlling the ports of arduino and as I am new to arduino I had a few question .

  1. Will it be possible that my arduino act as local server so I can host my website locally to control the ports of arduino?

  2. Any logic so that I can use NFC tag? I was thinking that directly linking my NFC tag to link to my .php file which generate state for my arduino board.so What you guys suggest ?

  2. NFC tags as in RFID readers, etc?

But I don't get the first one how am I able to get my website host to server ? as I have seen there is small amount of space onboard so how am I able to host it?
