I need help in project that consists 4 capacitive ink touch sensors and 4 leds.
Each sensor should control led by touching it.
Do you have any ideas about code and connection?

Then you have absolutely shot yourself in the foot!
That is the immediately obvious solution to your problem if you propose to involve an Arduino. 
Or the TTP223 which would in fact, be the simplest possible solution as it can control the LED by itself with no need for an Arduino. 
Do you perhaps need to explain your actual project more fully?
