Yes, I need to build it by my self such that you were mentioned to a projection virtual laser keyboard, but I am not know what the suitable components to build this project.

No idea. Looks like a good bit of software would be required tho.
Its an oscillating Distance Measuring laser. Like THIS. The problem with making this on your own is, you need the laser to oscillate left and right VERY fast! It may not even be doable with normal motors or servos. You need something to make that laser oscillate, and I have no clue what that would be. You can try your luck with normal DC motors, but I doubt it will work.
