Need help - Lilypad Simblee sketch will not upload

Hi,

Working on project using LilyPad Simblee and I cannot get the sketch to upload. The correct ports and boards seem to be selected, but I keep getting the error message below. Assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have a project due and I can't seem to get this going. Thanks.

Cannot open port. Is the right port selected, the cable connected, and power applied?

Restarted computer and received same error message

Make sure you have the correct port for your Lilypad Simblee selected from the Tools > Port menu.

It is set to COM Port 4 which is the port indicated in my device manager. Is there any where else I should be checking for port settings?

Tried a different computer, uploaded ardunio1.8.7, connected board, installed ftdi chip drivers, restarted computer, and launched application...getting the same error message. Correct board and Port are indicated.
