Need help soldering surface mount components to a brakeout board, UK & EU only

I have two of these ICs:

NXP MMA9559LR1 MEMS Accelerometer, Motion-Sensing, Digital, X, Y, Z, ± 2g, ± 4g, ± 8g, 1.71 V, 1.89 V, LGA

As you can see, chips are in LGA form factor.

I need to solder them to two of these LGA-16 breakout board:

I have boards and chips ready. Once soldered on the breakout boards chips should be working properly, no dead connections.

Hi Maveric71, can you please send me email again. The first one didn't go through.

Many videos on youtube showing how to do this. But - if its a one-off job that needs to be done right, it's always best to get someone to do it who has done this kind of thing before.
