Need help to connect cpi and vectron devices.

I want to connect these below devices if somebody can help me which board I need to use and how much is the programming work. I need to connect through Ethernet.

actually I need payment solution where I can send commands from pos and payment devices can take money. Also display the amount on led/lcd.

It says 'USB' and there is a software. So I suspect a desktop or laptop computer is used to control it. If unsure of anything, just send an email to that company.
