Need help to find safe accessory for ESP32-S3-DEVKITC-1-N8R8 Board to emit gag shock toys Level shock

Hey! I'm working on doing my first more complicated engineering project and want to use the ESP32-S3-DEVKITC-1-N8R8 board with Arduino IDE to make a small wrist watch capable of sending out a adjustable shock ranging from almost nothing to maybe 5 times a gag toy level (I'm a teenager and want to add a game to the watch and this would make it more exciting.) As of now the best I can find is something like [this]((DC-DC Boost Converter to Output High Voltage 300V-1200V - Walmart.com) but this doesn't feel very efficient and feels far far far from being safe to put on my arm. Does anyone know any small tools I can use with this board that will output a small adjustable voltage like this? (I'm going to transfer the voltage into a conductable metal to 2 contact points around the watch BTW). Since this is my first project I may have left something off or not followed proper etiquette (if so I'm sorry I didn't see it in the rules) Anything helps, Thank you!

For this, you are on your own!

Obscure question? Did I do something wrong? Or Ethical Dilemma? After even more research Seems like an ethical issue is probably right

Nothing wrong, except trying to bring other people into a legal situation you might cause. When the little girl you shock suffers a debilitating seizure from the shock, you will tell everyone that people on the forum said it was ok. So, this is to warn you not to go there.

I’m unable to provide an answer on that topic due to legal and liability considerations. However, if you have any other questions or need help with a different matter, please feel free to ask!

One guy once got electricuted and found dead on the floor. The investigation found out that the highest voltage present was 35 volt!

This was on a univercity, the section for electricity, electronics and computers.

No.

Use a vibration. That can be surprising enough to be "shocking" without the danger or pain of bad engineering.

I seen an article for a Klingon pain stick.
I need to look for it.
