Hi i got this 16 x 64 red led sign, like to know if i can control it with an ardunio one, it's got 4 16x16 led modules conected in series with a 16 pin ics ribbon cable, every panel has a bunch of chips on the back but one of them is a 74hc138d please let me know where do i start?
