Need help ! for my school project I have a project of digital speedometer and I have planned to use uno r3 micro controller with hall effect sensor and a lcd screen for the display . But I cant seem to find any help about the connection of lcd , hall effect sensor with ardunio . Plz someone send a clear image of connection between on sensor and lcd with arduino on breadboard . I dont have clue about the connection. I am using arduino for first time so help me plz .

I am using LCD 16x2 Alphanumeric Display(JHD162A) , Hall Effect Sensor With Breakout ,arduino r3 uno, 10k ohm resitance and 10k ohm potentiometer
To help you we would need some more information:
- what are those resistors for? Did you just buy them or did you have a special intention to use them?
- to clarify exactly, what hardware you have: pls post links to your LCD display and to the Hall effect sensor
the 10k ohm resistor is for the hall effect sensor between the vcc and digital pin And the 1ok potentiometer is for adjusting the backlight for lcd . I have a arduino uno r3 , hall effect sensor , lcd 16x2 , breadboad , jumping wires, 10k resistance and 10k ohm potentiometer . I want to create a digital speedometer with hall effect sensor. Which counts the no. of times a magnet which is attached to the any vehicle tires passes by in a limited time and calculate the speed of the vehicle . show to the lcd screen
