Is it possible for the ESP32-CAM to take a photo of the person's face then send some sorta code to recognise that face?! Sorry I sound so ridiculous lol.
You can still use the ESP32 CAM.
You can have the ESP32 CAM take photos and send them elsewhere for processing. Better, trigger the ESP32 CAM to take a pic and then grab the pic instead of having the esp32cam be the initiator.

oh another thing is as well that for my robot I will be using OLED display as well. Would this work out with the ESP32-CAM, servo driver, servo motors and the arduino UNO?
the thing is how am I able to attach all these things onto the arduino uno?
Attach the things one at a time, and get each thing working well before adding another.
