Need help with USB host shield

I'm new to Arduino and I need some help in understanding how to read keystrokes from a USB keyboard and store them onto an SD card, I have the Uno board, the sparkfun USB host shield with its library from github (https://github.com/felis/USB_Host_Shield_2.0) and the Ethernet shield with micro SD card using the sdFat library (https://code.google.com/p/sdfatlib/downloads/detail?name=sdfatlib20130313.zip&can=2&q=). Any help in understanding the USB host library and producing a sketch that would allow the Uno to log keystrokes from a USB keyboard as a proof of concept project I'm working on would be much appreciated

Miguel

Hi,

There's a detailed tutorial for how to do the keyboard part, at Circuits@Home that should get you well on your way.

Cheers ! Geoff
