We're currently knee deep in trying to figure out a solution to an RFID project.

Our current setup is:
1 x arduino mega
8 x RFID readers

We're unable to get more than 2 RFID readers to register correctly when powered by the 3.3v wire.

Project pays and we are able to do remote video sessions to show you pin outs on the mega along with our wiring configuration and script.

Before you pay us...

Have you tried using a separate 3.3V supply? The arduino won't be able to power all of them. I think it's limited to only about 150mA of 3.3V.
