I want to build system monitoring water level for 100ml tube with diameter 3cm, so this sensor will puth one top of the tube and the bottom. Sensor can sense the water and can distinguish between condition with water and no water. Do you guys have any recomendation for me about water level sensor with small size and aplicable for 100 ml tube?

I'm guessing you're looking for a float sensor...
Water douesn't ususlly rise horizontally ?
There are certainly float sensors like yours available that will fit in a 100mm vertical tube.
You may be interested looking for doppler or ultrasonic sensors…
A single sensor looking into the tube might address your needs.
You could also consider a capillary type tube alongside the main tube, with optical sensors to detect whatever levels you need.
Different sensors for different applications.
