Need small diodes - 0603

I'm finishing up a design that adds external clamp diodes to prevent signals from going below ground or above Vcc (1st diode is anode on Gnd, cathode on input signal, 2nd diode is cathode on signal, anode to +5V). Would like to use the same diode across the Reset pullup resistor as well. Size is critical here as I am really tight on space. Two 0603s fit nicely along with some current limit resistors and small value caps to filter out high frequency noise.

What looks good here for this purpose? I'm inclined to just sort by price and then select something with <0.5V Vf to meet Vin >= -0.5V and <= Vcc+0.5V.
Maybe the 440mV @ 100mA parts.

Hi CrossRoads

Would two diodes in one SOT23 package suit? I've used BAT54S for similar purpose.

No, that's too big of a package. I really need two 0603's.
I made a symbol for an 0603 zener that I found and used elsewhere

and used that to complete the layout, am now looking for a regular diode to plop down there.

Tch tch ... and a moderator as well. Wouldnt this fit better in General Electronics section?

Could be either - I flipped a coin and it landed here.

0603
Hum. . .
Don't see the problem, on the other hand, I can' see them, way way to small for me.
I assume you will be installing them yourselves.
Have you done them before using your toaster oven?
How's your oven controller coming, I'm still interested?

I always get soldiering with those sizes.

No, an assembly house will be building these. 300+ components on a double sided board.

No advance made on toaster oven controller, too many paid projects underway to work on my own stuff.
