Hello, I fairly new to this kind of stuff and need some advice!
So i want to be able to turn on and off these three things:

and also control and rgb led, what would be the best way to do this?

To turn on and off heavy load, you can use relays. Google arduino+relay and there will be tons of examples.
The Pump need 12V 0.4A, the Mist Maker need 24V 0.8A and the Cooling Fan need 5V 0.2A.
So the easy way to control the power is using relay.
