Need suggestion for relay board.

I am interested in using a dual channel solid state relay board to control 2 of these solenoid valves: http://www.grainger.com/product/INGERSOLL-RAND-ARO-Valve-6JJ52?functionCode=P2IDP2PCP

These solenoids are for controlling a double acting pneumatic cylinder.

Any help such as suggested relay boards, wiring diagrams etc is much appreciated.

Thanks.

Well the common solid state relays you usually find will only work on AC voltages, not DC. A good solution to control your two solenoids is to use one of those Asian two channel relay cards.

Great, thank you. Are there any good wiring diagrams for such relays that people have used before?
And do you think that for using these solenoids for quick operation is good opposed to a transistor per say? I've seen people using both when it comes to this application, It is going to be for shifting motorcycle gears.
