need suggestions on ECG analog front end and/or sensors

Hi ppl,

I'm searching for suitable analog front end and/or sensors for measurement of ECG/EMG signals.

What I would like to have is :

  1. Form factor: SMD component, reasonably small to be integrated for a wearable application
  2. Functionality: As complete as possible so I don't need to worry about the data acquisition/processing and stuff...
  3. Usability: it possible, easy to use
  4. Communication: preferrably having I2C

Hi, I'm following this; time to update...
45 years ago my son taped nickels to his chest, and we used a 741 OpAmp and a frequency-modulated oscillator in the FM Broadcast band. Kids in his Biology class logged the tweet-tweet of his heartbeat as he ran around the school in Pine Bush, New York.
