How is it possible to have a length counter meter to measure the length of a fabric? If a proxy sensor is mounted on a 20 or 50 mm roller, the pulse will be converted to meters depending on its rotation and will be displayed by Arduino . What is the formula for converting pulse in meters?

what kind of accuracy do you need. You can get one or more pulses per rotation of your measuring wheel. The resolution is the circumference of the measuring wheel divided by the number of pulses per rotation. Then divide that into a meter and you'll have your distance per count.
