There seems to be some Polish guy (click) that has been playing with this LCD from a HP printer.
Use Google translate and find out whether that will help.
Why don't you tell us where got this thing from, and let us guess ?

Thank you for quick reply! Sorry I forgot to write where LCD was taken from. I took it from old laser printer not remember exact model. very hard to understand google translated polish language...
Unfortunately, It's not easy to make it work
Seeing that a brand spanking new 2x16 LCD costs around 1-2$ it's not worth the hassle to get it to work, unless its an exercise for you.
