I'm working on arduino with sim800l v2 for sending message, but everytime I upload new code on arduino it says
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM3": Access is denied.
everytime I upload I need to restart my pc and it takes too much time just to test my code. Please help 
Something is ‘using’ the COM port.
Your terminal program, another app, or something else that was started -after- the most recent upload.
Close that program and carry on.
