NEMA 34 BLDC motor Drive Test Setup

Hi friends, this is Sivaram from India.

I want to build a Test Rig for my NEMA 34 BLDC motor of rating 660 watt. For loading the motor I have a DC motor
with a rating of 350 watts. For measuring the speed of rotating shaft I am having a rotary encoder. In the

attachment below all the three components are shown.

I felt, that I can couple the rotary encoder shaft to the coupled BLDC and DC motor shaft using some gear
technology.

If there is a solution please inform me.

Thanks in advance.

You gave your solution to the problem, then asked for a solution. What is the problem, now?

Thanks for the reply "Paul"

I will try to couple the Encoder to the coupled BLDC motor and DC motor. If I get some doubt, in solving this problem, again I will put a message in this thread.

Thanks

Just as important is mounting the two devices so the shafts are parallel and both devices cannot move out of that position.
