NEO-6m and Differential Correction?

Before I try to reinvent the wheel, I was going to see if anyone using a NEO-6m (or similar GPS sensor) has had luck in storing data in such a way to later differentially correct that data later for greater precision?

And I apologize ahead of time for the part number. I'm pretty sure I need the M8T model or similar to get the correction data needed. But I am looking for those with experience with this.
