While Using NEO 6M GPS Module with Arduino uno, should I connect the module's vcc with arduino uno's 5V or 3.3V?

That's the raw module (the little silver box). You probably have a breakout board with a built-in voltage regulator. The module supplier probably has a specification. For example, the Sunfounder module specification shows schematics:
