Neo 6m gps not powering on from 3.3v pin

Hey I'm using a TTGO Tcall module to power the neo 6m gps module but it is not powering on. I'm thinking of connecting it to 5v pin but am afraid of giving it over voltage.

this is the schematic... im currently using 3v3 pin.

Also the neo module works fine with 3.3v when connected via ttl converter directly to laptop.

With the link to the technical information on the device I think I found your problem. OOPS wrong link. I believe the 3V3 pin is a power input, not an output. Maybe you could check and look at the technical part of the specification. Perty picture.
