NEO 6m Red light always ON

Hi!!
I installed the module according to several manuals, but it has this red light on top of the connectors all the time, and the light that identifies the satellites does not blink, they are always off.

I made the connection and it always returns 0.

Can anybody help me?

Can the receiver see satellites or only the ceiling of the room?

Take the GPS outdoors where it has a good view of the sky, do you have the same problem ?

Thanks for the feedback, but you have the same problem, I put it in an open environment and the light stays the same.

It doesn't receive satellite or anything! Could it have come with a problem?
