How much time that gps will take to get lock with satellite.
And does this gps module will give exact location or not.

Where is your antenna located? That can affect satellite lock time.
And the location should be within a few meters of actual location.

That depends on where you have the GPS and antenna. in a lot of cases you should get a fix within a couple of minutes.
The GPS may give a position accuracy of 5M or so, or it could be 50M or so, which it is depends on the location of the GPS and antenna.

I just receive my neo6m gps and after testing all sorts of things I didn't make it work so I'm asking for help.
I tried "pur" serial output: doesn't give location
I tried TinyGPS++ Deviceexemple.ino with 9600 baudrate (as sayed in the product describtion). got that :
Location: INVALID Date/Time: 0/0/2000 00:00:00.00
I tried NeoGPS NMEADiagnostic.ino and got that:
