Has anyone use a Netbook (assuming it has a USB, and enough mem (HD and RAM)) to develop Arduino software on? I dont want to buy an expensive laptop until I'm ready, and you cant take the Desktop with you... Thanks....
I haven't personally, but there were a few people with Netbooks at Howduino Leeds - they seemed to be OK. They were running XP, but Windows 7 should be fine with it.

Thanks, My biggest Concern is the Windows7 Starter. I have never seen it or used it, so I don't know what it's limitations are in that arena.
I can assure you that you'll have no issues with speed. I would not have thought that it would make any difference being windows 7 starter or another windows 7 version either.
