New and trying to figure out code

Ok, I am starting over. The following code works as expected. LED's blink on time and the display works showing date, time, and temperature. I want to add the ability to log it to an SD card with timestamp and temperature every 5 seconds (previously 3).

What was wrong with the code I gave you? Just change the logInterval to 5000.
