Perhaps if you were to post a link to the video...

There is, of course, far more to being able to play the piano using an Arduino than the code itself. A piano has 88 keys. That's a few more inputs than the Arduino can handle directly, so multiplexers are required to expand the number of inputs. Then, there is the issue of producing decent sound when a key press is detected, for the required period of time. Chording (multiple keys pressed together) is another issue.
