new Arduino, but can't upload to it

i have use a Arduino Uno in long time (a copy). I do somthing stupid and burn it. Now i have get a new Arduino Tian, i have download files so i could select the Arduino Tian. So i have made a code and should upload it, but so there come this (look at the picture) :confused: : i have try everything: select com port, select Arduino, try out another USB stick, click restart on my Arduino, have try diffrent programs i have made. nothing work… i really want help. it’s my new Arduino Tian for over than 100 dollars… :frowning:
