I see you are now successfully using the "old" Cloud Editor. It would only be possible to gather that information if you switch back to using the "new" Cloud Editor for the course of the investigation. If you would like to proceed with the investigation, just let me know. Otherwise you can continue to use the "old" Cloud Editor and hope the the problem will end up being resolved as a matter of course by the time you decide to give the "new" editor another try.
