Wandered into cloud a few moments ago and was greeted by this box.
Also now when hitting the EDIT CODE it seems to go BUSY for a moment or two then do nothing.
Not sure if related ?

Think I found it.
Not sure if you are using a new link method or it was a chrome browser reset this morning for a slight issue in editor.
Seems ADD / POP UP related ?
You can probably disregard unless you can see it too
