Need a little logic added to a system im building, wondering if this would work, and where to go to figure out how to write the code

user turns switch on
system needs to verify that two sensors are in a specific voltage range
if they are both in range, the system needs 3 different outputs, all voltages, all different, and going to different spots

What the heck does that mean?
Other than the basics (such as switch/button debouncing, pullup resistors, and finite state machines), you need to give more details about what you want to do.
never worked with this stuff before, so ill try and explain.
Switch is a simple on/off toggle switch, i can supply 5 or 12 volts to it.
When turned on, i need to check two sensors to make sure they are in the right position. its a utility application, and the vehicle needs to be in park, and have parking brake on. Both have sensors, and a known voltage to verify they are in the right position.
if they are both correct, i need to supply a relay 5 volts, or a ground to energize it, and then supply a ETC throttle pedal 2 voltages to simulate a certain position.
its seems like its probably fairly simple for most people on here, just never wrote code or used this system
