New laptop breaks everything

nly one port shows up in the IDE (also its port 3??) (also its still there after I unplug everything ):). Here's the error message:

As it turns out I have a Lenovo T420 with Win10. I found no issues with Arduino IDE.

When you have a board plugged in got to control panel / device manager / Com port.
