I got today this SocketModem Shield for my MTSMC modem. It's an Arduino shield compatible board. It comes with the antenna, cable U.FL IPEX to SMA, a DC power adapter, European connectors and a dual small screwdriver. I haven't tried yet but planning to post about my tests with it.
