Based on the capabilities of the ESP chips - you need to provide more info on the direction and features of your project, or be prepared to pay while the helper 'discovers' what you really want to do.
A decent developer will start at $50/hour in their spare time - so you should put as much info up front as possible.
Where are you located - and do you have hardware to co-develop on - or is it just software on an ESP?
