New protocol and RCKit library for remote-control

RCKit is an Arduino library that implements a Wi-Fi remote-control
receiver and drivers for a variety of remote-control vehicles using the
Remote-Control over IP protocol (RCOIP). Includes support
for a large number of remote-control channels, backchannels for telemetry,
drivers for servos, motors, steppers, analog and digital inputs and outputs and much
more. RCTx, an RCOIP compliant transmitter for iPhone is available on the Apple App Store
