I have 23 Tabs...
I am unable to add New tab, as when I click on Down Tab, I could only see few tab names and no option of Inserting /Deleting tabs. Mouse Scroll dont work

Update: As soon as I change to Single Screen , IDE works fine,
This happens when I am using two screens/extended mode
