In this project, I need the interaction act that triggers some speakers to play some sound pieces when I open the drawer. And different drawers will be connected to different sounds.
I would like to know if it is easiest to use a light sensor and also what else I need, where to start. : (forgive I am new, many thanks!!!)

This is a nice project to get started.
Keep it simple and stupid firstly.
Run some tutorials for the hardware selected.
If you are happy with the results of the tutorials you can merge these to your project.

You don't need an Arduino or anything like that. Adafruit makes sound boards you can program and just choose the sound to play back by clicking a button.
And they have a 16 MB one as well. For fancy sounds I guess.
