how can i control multiple LEDs? there’s an image attachment below, i would like to know if it is possible to control these LEDs one by one but i dont know how to do the circuitry
i heard IC decoders can improve my circuit but i dont know hot to use them well yet, i think i will be facing lack of pins, but i want to maximize the use of pin as i cant afford another module to increase my pin capacity.
i’m planning to manipulate an array of LEDs

Hello. You say you want to control them one at a time? Do you mean only one led will be lit at a time? If so, just connect your 3 groups of cathodes(?) to three more Arduino pins via 3 series resistors.
