Hello,

White Systems has released Miniature UART to Wi-Fi Module. Module is based on the CC3000 with our own iPhone app - with embedded UDP / TCP server/client - fantastic solution for Internet of Things (IoT). We have released THING1 Arduino Wi-Fi Shield for easier integration and prototyping with our module. First Wi-Fi low cost solution.
