Newbie advice, led aquarium controller!

Hi everyone, complete newbie here. Ive just got my arduino uno and am planning on controlling my led's on my aquarium.

The leds im using are these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171119157626?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_sacat%3D0%26_from%3DR40%26_nkw%3D171119157626%26_rdc%3D1

Im using 2 rows of white with 13 modules each and 1 row of blue with 13 modules.

With absolutely no experience in anything like this before im really looking forward to learning and experimenting but have no idea where to start. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what i would need and how to go about it?

Ideally i would like to be able to control each row of leds seperately and be able to program them to mimic sunrise/set with each dimming up and down in the morning/evening. Thanks in advance
