i am a newbie in programming
i am having a project to do and it involves programming that need to control the MCU. Is there any information for a newbie to create
my own script?

I am writing the script with Arduino-0017 software, are there any resources to know more about writing script ?

Well. You could look at arduino.cc and work through the tutorial. a 2nd way would be to give us some more information on your project so we could guide you through it ;0)
