I am a complete beginner with arduino and have my first project I am looking to start.
It is fairly simple for somebody who knows what they are doing. Which I don't ![]()

I have a small motor and propeller (image attached) it is a quadcopter motor.
My Idea is to run the motor at full speed and every x seconds I need the motor to slow down just for a second or 2 before resuming full speed again. that cycle will repeat.
the fan is being used to make a miniature version of a wacky dancer which you would usually see waving arms around outside shops, advertising sales.
Any help would be much appreciated.
