Is this is in the right Thread or should it be in Electronics??
One issue is that you will need another mosfet for the 3rd motor that does not currently have one.

For the 3rd Motor - it is a N20 Metal Gear Motor (picture below), because of its size does it still require another mosfet? Can't the Arduino supplement that?
That arduino board can only supply 15mA current max per pin.
Pretty much any motor will draw considerably more than that.
check the motors data sheet to be sure.

the diode from +vBat to the C1 is reverse biased also
Too bad you didn't post an actual schematic - Fritzing has a schematic view - those schematics generally still suck big time but it's a lot better already than these pretty images. Don't waste your time on Fritzing, it's lost time.
A hand drawn schematic (using normal schematic symbols and so) or one drawn with a real schematics drawing program such as KiCAD or Eagle is much more useful than anything you can produce with Fritzing.
The only thing I can say about that image is that you can't power a motor from an Arduino pin. The rest is just too hard to follow/understand and knowing such images may not even represent reality correctly.
Thank you for all the feedback. I will go back to the drawing board and produce an actual schematic to give better clarity and receive better response.
I have updated the schematic, I could use some assistance checking if it is correct.
Also I welcome any feedback to my drawing, this is the first time I have done this.
