Newly released serial library

I just released a new library for serial transfer.
You can send/recieve vars, arrays, structs with or without ack.
Even sending and recieving chunks.

Tested on arduino pro mini (3.3v), nodeMCU, ESP32 and ESP32-cam.

Would be nice if people tried it and gave me feedback (On github).
