How do you determine if the person asking a questions is too lazy?
How can you tell the efforts he or she made?
If I think (or find out) someone is too lazy to do his part I would not spend (more of) my time on his (or her) question. I prefer to spend my time in a positive and constructive way. There are questions enough on this and other fora.
Helping people in a constructive way can be done by giving them complete answers, usefull links or asking them the right questions to make them think in the direction of a solution.
